    I ever met such conditions while trying to substitute spp service files on Insider Preview editions.

    Try "sfc /scannow".

    Last solution may be Windows Update --> Recovery --> Reset.

    PS.
    Reset will re-install 19041 EnterpriseG (fresh install).

    (I used to slim down my system with this method - off-topic: Let Windows slim down itself without any tools.)

    Sorry but

    Reason1. The LCU does not support EnterpriseGN.
    Reason2. I have deleted them all from my PC because of Reason1.

    The actual difference between 1607 Enterprise and 1607 Enterprise LTSB esd's can be as low as ~8MB.
    I had a few successful experiments but then I have abandoned the pursuit when the guys here started with the svf repo's.
    Ever since MS started with the enablement packages I kept thinking it's possible to do the same for LTSB/LTSC.
    I even think the next LTSD (branch-channel-distribution? :D) will come as some sort of enablement package.

    Yes, the difference between LTSC and other editions is not much, mainly in

    1. EditionSpecific package
    2. Media feature (RegulatedPackages) package

    There are KB4576483 and KB4570720 in KB4576627.

    KB4576627 = 10.0.3661.1
    KB4576483 = 10.0.4240.2

    And CMGE edition receives KB4576627 only
