Why Not Share the Procedure to do so without having to upload full ISO image. it will help users to directly create there own LTSC according to there needs "With or Without Store & Windows Apps"

You can copy its method for lite 15063\16299\17134\17763 that are able to update normally.

 

if user wants to tweak EN-US image then theres no any need to extract language pack or still he needs the en-US lp.
