    *I had screen blinking from driver install or something in OOBE. That's why not all apps installed, but i reinstalled apps by powershell.

    and it cannot download 1903 update, due to 1903 actually doesn't have S E

    I tested with gvlk and digital (actually digital only activates with kms activators), both didn't work. I tested SFC /scannow, but i didn't tested dism restore health

    I ipgraded to it using the iso made by the schript u sahred

    Because EnterpriseS "OEM" works with "19041.1149" Certificates only. And you showed 19041.1679, mismatched.

    19041.1149:
    EnterpriseS OEM (compatible with 17763)

    19041.1200:

    I copied the certificates into install.wim then i made the iso then i upgraded to ltsc then installed the oem key and then i installed 19044.1679 cumulative update and had no problems

    regedit says Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 then win u install the latest cumulative update for 19041 it will say Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021. then u need to use dism install the 19044 enablement package

    Anyway it won't be in official structure, otherwise the 19041.1149 Certificates should be superceded by LCU.

    The LCU installed without problems and it changed from 2019 to 2021

    when i made the iso with your script, I kept microsoft store and i added the oem certificates into install.wim.

    to upgrade i changed the edition id in regedit to EnterpriseS so the setup would let me upgrade

    it works just fine and i have no problems

    So, you have a LTSC in official structure + "added the oem certificates". Yes, it's OK for "added the oem certificates".

    I switched to LTSC on that dekstop pc because it doesn't meet the requirments for windows 11. it is 10 years old
