Even vNext LTSC baseless LCU has LTSC packages, it is still impossible to fetch working LTSC packages. All for it is PSFX v2. So, you can wait for official release in initial build only. If not initial build? Then you have to capture from the installed image and make patch, or ask the Master to repack to initial build. e.g. 18362.30, not initial 18362.1. 19044.1288, not initial 19041.1. PSFX v2, Good for Windows Update; Bad for Reconstruction. Fortunately, we can still make patch from updated installed system. Then after one more update, as good as official, e.g. 19044.1288 LTSC.
