    KMS Client Setup Keys

    If you are a qualifying volume license customer and if you are converting a device from a Key Management Services (KMS) host or Multiple Activation Keys (MAK) edition of Industry 8 to a KMS client, type the following command at an elevated command prompt to install the applicable setup key:

    Hi, from Dreamspark I get a free Windows Embedded 8 Industry. Can I use the Key that i get to activate this version of windows and use it just like regular windows 8 or do i still need MAK or KMS to activate this os?

    You already have MAK key (with 1 activation, or maybe 2)

    But I think to make W8Embedded as a workstation would be a bit of a challenge....
