[solved] Windows Firewall turns itself on

I'm using Comodo Internet Security and windows firewall service is disabled, but after few restarts it turns itself on automatically. Does anybody know why is this happening?

Got to Run and ype in "Services.msc" and press enter.

Now Scroll down and you will see "Windows Firewall"
Right click on it and click Properties.

When a tab opens up you will see
"StartUp Type" and select Disable and click ok.

Then Right Click on "Windows Firewall" again
    and Select Stop.

    That should do.

@bcl: did you read the op?!

@zed87: It is not recommended to disable the firewall-service in past-XP systems (Vista, 2008, Win7). Just disable the firewall using the fw-config tool (for all network-types in Win7) and turn off notifications.
This should suite your needs and it doesn't turn itself on again.
