Windows gadget for 8.1

    Hi guys, didn't find any question about this one.

    Just upgrade to windows 8.1 (from 8) use to have my gadget on the previous version, now when i want to install it again, i receive an error message. Wrong version!

    Need help please because i need my gadget!

    Wasn't gadgets disabled for win 8 /8.1? i could be wrong?

    Ok here what i found. I found this program wich enable gadgets. You can download the program here
    and voila my gadgets are back.

    I had to re-download the gadget pack and it repaired when I ran it and all my gadgets appeared as they were set up before.

    The upgrade can revert some files and drivers back to MS.
