    Title pretty much sums it all up.

    Every time I launch one of my games, the bar shows up for a few seconds and then it goes away. This probably means the service/application is still running.

    It's already causing games to crash, etc at startup according to some gaming forums.

    Is there a way to disable this completely? I've already disabled all of XBOX Live's services.

    Code:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\GameDVR]
    "AllowgameDVR"=dword:00000000
    Should do.

    Can't find it on Enterprise LTSB.

    Do I have to create it?

    Yes, I had to create the entry both on Home and Pro (requires a restart). Then the Broadcast DVR server won't launch anymore, and Win+G stops calling the gamebar.
