Since yesterday, I've been unable to enroll my desktop into the program. To any of the Channels. Optional Diagnostic data is set to full. Internet is fine. The issue happens on both the Dev and Beta Channels. Even after a fresh Windows install. Insider settings page is empty. The main Insider program web page at insider.windows.com also dies after I log in. Tried using a different MS Account.. same result.
I thought it could be some issue with my account... but with another account the site also crashes. Weird.
@PolidelticusFire Presumably, only selected persons can get there. I tried with two different computers and two different browsers, Edge and Chrome - unfortunately nothing opens. Also tried over VPN, but no success. So we have to ask for information from those who can enter there. It seems that we ie You and I are not the lucky ones who have been chosen.
I haven't checked it in the meantime, but it's working again today and now anyway at least can login. Until now don't know more.
