Windows insider program grey button

    could y help me i have normal windows 10 home x64 i want try using windows insider program to install this may update but i have there grey button :(

    my microsoft account is ok also i am there as part of insider programme.

    i also try go to gpedit and set telemetry to full then to not configured but still same :(

    i dont know whats the problem my windows update works ok

    but i see that on some settings showing me that some settings use by organization ?

    i have teamviewer so if anyone know what to do no problem to connect me thx for help guys :)

    Did you allready tried to do sfc /scannow on your OS ?

    yes i try today and it found some errors and repair it but still same :(

    Run this in an elevated cmd and it will filter out the repairs sfc did perform (no need to post the complete cbs log):

    i install now version 18362.53 and now i have there may update :) but still cant go on insider settings...
