windows installation error

    when pc boot from dvd then i get the error 0xc00000e9. when the windows file r copying then i get this error.

    Status: 0xc00000e9

    info: An unexpected I/O error has occurred

    Try burning a new image of Windows onto a fresh DVD at the lowest possible speed. Then install.

    Might it be due to a broken Download..
