windows loader 2.1 "status: unsupported"

I tried first using WAT fix and I got a message "os not compatible". I tried using windows loader by itself and it says unsupported for status. I am trying to activate windows 7 professional.

 

WAT fix does not work. It opens up and says os not compatible.
