Yes, I have read it and It doesn't specifies my question. You can install Windows 2008 in two forms: as a server core and as normal installation with GUI. I know that windows loader works with normal (or GUI) installation but what about core installation??

For me, It is not clear ...

It depends on what serials it accepts and how it identifies itself to the loader application. If it was to say it's Windows Server 2008 and it used the same serials and services then you could install the loader as long as you can launch normal executables from command line.

Server Core uses the same product keys and activation methods as a regular installation, so it should work (unless you uninstall WoW64, then you can't run any 32-bit executables).
