I have a MSI 970a-G46 motherboard and I have installed windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, but when i go to activate it won't let me activate it. I have tried to fix the WAT and installing the loader right after but still no luck in making it genuine.. help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you know if it is a UEFI motherboard? If so read this straight out of the Windows Loader read me:

    Code:
    ##########################################################################
    # 4 - UEFI motherboards
    ##########################################################################
The loader doesn't work when the systems using GPT. The workaround is to pre-format your hard drive so that it uses MBR instead.

From your BIOS select to boot the Windows DVD without UEFI, go to the repair options, select command prompt and then enter this:

    diskpart
    list disk
    select disk 0
    clean
    convert mbr
    create partition primary
    select partition 1
    format fs=ntfs quick

Boot the Windows DVD the same way you did the first time and then continue with the installation of Windows. Once complete you can then install the loader.

Does this mean I would have to reformat?

Yes. You need to re-format in order to use MBR instead of GPT.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Post the error in THAT support thread.
People who are familiar with that application should be able to help you.
I am not familiar with it.

I have same problem, I'm using Fujitsu PH521 notebook. Refer the tutorial above, I wonder how to boot Windows DVD without EFI?
I go to BIOS Setup but can't find something regarding change DVD boot mode without EFI.
    Any suggestion?
