I have just migrated from W8.1 to W10 and I did this after looking around at alternatives to WMC. I downloaded and installed Plex, then Media Portal, then XBMC, then KODI and am not nearly as happy with any of them as I was with WMC. I downloaded the patch for WMC but I'm at a loss as to how it is deployed. The Readme says to run the TestRights.cmd which I did. A new DOS screen came up and then I tried running the install.bat and a dos screen flashes. I run it again and the DOS screen just flashes again. It may say something about already installed but it's so fast that a "FORSURE" answer to what it says is impossible for me. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi There,

when I run testrights, it seems to work ok, I then reboot and run the installer but get the following:
