First off I will list my computers specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit AMD Phenom II X4 965 BE 8GB ram AMD/XFX Radeon HD 7870 Ghz Edition ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 Motherboard I built a custom computer just today (1st ever build) and installed windows 7 home premium on to it, but when I use the Daz windows loader the default SLIC, Certificate, and Serial are Acer and wont make my windows genuine. I even tried selecting ASUS for all the option, but still didn't become genuine. I would appreciate any and all help! Thank you for taking the time to read this thread !
I don't feel comfortable with the BIOS MOD option :/... I tried the WindSLIC option, but it says : removing boot entry. please wait... WindSLIC boot entry not found. system is not EFI installing certificate... installing key. please wait... restart computer to finish activation. Press any key to continue . . . And I really want to avoid going through the process of another install. Any suggestions?
Remove any activator, Loaders, SLIC's etc and after that use the MSToolkit to activate! Or: as AlexAlba suggested, use the BIOS Mod which is the most "Clean" solution!
Its certain that Windows is installed under MBR style. Daz's loader surely works... problem is elsewhere. Post an MGADIAG report. @AlexAlba Daz's loader is compatible with UEFI systems if hdd is formatted under MBR style.

You probably have UEFI enabled. You can try setting it to legacy mode and convert to mbr. I'm sure there are probably guides in the windows loader area of the forums.
Op should just install as trial, and rearm every 30 days. Works just as well. No hacks, and no bios mods that op is worried about.
I thought doing a BIOS MOD could brick the motherboard? I'm pretty nooby when it comes to tinkering with stuff like this...sorry lol.
oh ok, lol sorry noob to forums too sorta....i never use any of those special functions that come with em
