Windows occasionally forgets Start Menu Layout and Desktop settings (17133.1)

    Windows is randomly booting to default desktop which you get after you complete OOBE setup with default Blue wallpaper and changed scaling. Even my start menu gets reset to default layout.

    But if I restart, everything gets back to normal and I get my previous layout back.

    Anyone else having this issue?
