How this will work has me a little confused and I'm doubting some of the explanations I've heard. I was told that it is just Windows 10. I can see from the user stand point that it may look and feel just like Windows 10, but under the hood I'd think the OS would have to be very different. At the core, I'd think that the OS would be very different and then there would be an emulation layer to make Win32 apps work as closely as they can make them to on an ARM device as they do on a traditional PC. Could it be described as being basically Windows RT with Win32 emulation?
