A shrunk version of googles Picasa works, and the final result runs portable, but you have to manually remove stuff. But it gives better picture quality. You may not find it suitable, but some will so i will post a "How to" tomorrow. I will not be uploading my version, no actual files have been hacked/modified, just removed, so you will have to source Picasa 3.9, its only 32bit, no 64 version is availible.
