    Hi.

I want to add my own seperator to the create new menu in the right click context menu.

There is already 1 there by default under the shortcut entry. (see attachment)

Does anyone know how to do this? I tried adding some values to different keys but had no luck.

Yes, that command works, but I think it only works inside a 'shell' key.

I tried to make the shell key for some of the entries in the create new menu with this dword but nothing I did brought the seperator.

Do you know which key in the registry we have to work with to achieve this goal?

You can't do that, the New subcontextmenu hardcodes the separator after folder and shortcut types, and then just blindly fills the menu from all the classes with a ShellNew - no other separator is allowed. At least I guess so.

Probably the same limitation applies (only alphabetical by extension).
And you would not want to use .1xx .2yy extensions..
