Windows RTM

    When you download an windows rtm iso file and use that to instal windows with the 90 day trail right?
    So if you have a product key (i have a win8 pro key) you can actvate it right?
    also if you download the windows8 rtm can you activate a windows 8 pro key?

    That's what Microsoft Windows product keys do ... activate Microsoft Windows. Windows 7 keys activate Windows 7, Windows 8 keys activate Windows 8 and etc.

    #1. Evaluation version cannot be activated at all. Can be rearmed once afaik, but that's all.

    #2. Proper ISO is needed. Get it from appropriate Repository here. Would be the Retail one with Core and Pro or the Pro VL ISO in your case.
