    unfortunately not! I had the free 1 year subscription TechNet but it expired 2 years ago! LOL

    the given live id does not have permission to submit bugs for the connect form defined for feedback tool or the service is unavailable.

    so you can delete the upload :tongue2:

    I think you have to log in with the same Windows Live ID with which you are logged in to Windows 8 Developer Preview.
    This tool is working fine for me and many others. I don't have to delete the upload if it is not working for you.

    It did not work for me. Tells me that I can not send bugs in.
