    @TheSkaffer
    By the way, error: 0x800f081f means that you do not have .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and .NET 3.0).
    Check this out first.

    Restorehealth without source to get missing files from WU
    or check cbs.log to see what files are corrupted/missing

    0x800f081f is famous error with updates PSFX format era since build 17763, and not related particularly to NetFx3

    wim:4 eh... who knew.. thanks

    Code:
    C:\Users\Administrator>dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth /Source:wim:N:\srv2022src\Sources\install.wim:4

    Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.20348.681

    Image Version: 10.0.20348.2322

    [==========================100.0%==========================]
    The restore operation completed successfully.
    The operation completed successfully.
    Now lets see if that affected sfc after a reboot

    Code:
    :\Users\Administrator>sfc /scannow

    Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

    Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

    Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them.
    For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
    windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
    repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.

    ok, gonna have to dig in

    Need to sort out the log to check errors and warnings, will take some time. Has almost 75000 lines rite know, but "only" 8500 lines is for the latest run...

    Started over after installing .Net 3.5 and reboot.
    Code:
    C:\Users\Administrator>sfc /scannow

    Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

    Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.

    Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.
    And after that
    Code:
    C:\Users\Administrator>dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
    Version: 10.0.20348.681

    Image Version: 10.0.20348.2322

    [==========================100.0%==========================]
    No component store corruption detected.
    The operation completed successfully.
    So everything seems ok now. (?).
