Windows Server 2003 R2 Ent SP2 Guest on VMware Workstation v10.0.1 is very Slow !?

    Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition with SP2 - VL (English) guest on VMware Workstation v10.0.1 is very slow an hangs (freezes) compared to Oracle VM VirtualBox 4.3.2

    What could be the problem !?

    I can tell you, it is NOT slow, been using one as my management workstation on Workstation from v3 to v10
    Never had any speed issue!
