I would like to install Server 2012 on my PC in the living room hooked up to a TV. I would create two user accounts, and one would be logged on at all times on the TV. I want the ability to RDP into the second account at the same time, but without kicking off the first user.

Windows 8.1 Pro does not allow this normally, I'm hoping Server 2012 is what I need.

When using Windows 7 Pro, I was able to accomplish this by using a Concurrent RDP sessions hack that would modify termsrv.dll

    I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking :)

I see that Essential can be up to "25 user & 50 devices" which is definitely overkill I would think. Ideally, I hope termsrv.dll can be modified on 8.1 Pro..
