    Do you have modded BIOS (with Slic 2.3)?
    Otherwise the key on its OWN does nothing (plus you need to install certificate)

    You also need to learn what activation means & what actually happens

    Hello sebus,

    I downloaded the SLIC 2.3 Bios from here but can't seem to find instructions on how to update it to my Bios with the Bin after numerous searches.

    Can you please advise

    Hello Threat,

    I downloaded DELL[PE_SC3]2.3.bin / DELL[PE_SC3]2.3.rar tried writing using Phoenix v2.63 app however only getting the following error: HDR checksum not correct

    Dell PowerEdge T320

    Hello recently installed Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard on my PowerEdge and trying to activate it. I've tried many of the methods here but still no joy. Attached are the various screens from SLIC Dump etc. Followed all of the steps and still Windows not activated.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    1. It's a bios directly from Dell.

    2. It was installed from the MSDN .iso

    Maybe try OpaTool to install the cert (run as Administrator) o_O

    Actually when I think about it - I once had a server doing weird activation stuff like this, finally fixed it by running a SFC /scannow
