The system is closed without Internet access, only 10 machines inside (local network)
The shortcuts do not work, but if you take it separately, run services.msc or the task scheduler, etc., everything works!
How to fix shortcuts and did not understand

    Update 2008?
    Too many hemorrhoids!
First update 2008 to 2012 then to 2016 then to 2019 then to 2022
And there still it is necessary to drag bases SQL 2008?
    It's complete madness.

Easier to find a solution (shortcuts not working)

Now the question is how to upgrade 2008 to 2012?
    2008 is not Windows 10.
    Downloaded 2012 refused to install!
    Only with USB

2008 want to upgrade to Server 2016 Essentials
It just has 50 rdp connections without having to buy licenses separately.

Nope, they will have special Hot fix patch tools coming soon, But still good til longer than 2023.. I had Windows Server 2008 R2 for long, long time, Never had a bit problems since. then Moved 2012 R2 and still up running smoothly.. 2016 has issues, 2019 not bad, 2022 is too many bugs going updating etc.. So, be honestly I am running 2 server 2012 R2 and still stable and haven't crash or lagging.. Fine tune system...

Then you may have to install clean Windows Server 2012 r2 instead upgrading?
I had old Windows Server 2008 R2 and I backed all my files first and reload new Windows Server 2012 R2 and got all my hard drive data still there like D:, H: and I: are raid1 and 2 C: Drive is Raid1 too.. I had no trouble at all..

    Tell me who faced
    Outlook highlights left address?
I can send mail from it, but no one can send me mail - the address does not exist?
How to change the address from outlook_0667E031B4B33D5E@outlook.com to normal?

Use your real email address, it's that simple.
Although at least I can't understand from the picture you attached which Outlook you are talking about (Microsoft uses the word Outlook in at least three different meanings and places), in this case is probably an unconfigured Outlook or an automatically generated address, but only you know the real reason for this, because you set up your own systems. If not and you have used some administrators, ask them.
