Windows Server 2012 standard edition Question

    i have just purchased an VPS with Windows Server 2012 standard edition on it and created 2 user accounts.I would like to make these 2 accounts have each one its own space and its own environment in general.So when both account are logged in each one will be able to do different things.

    Also how to put the start button back?

    (its the first time i am using windows server so please bare with me :p)

    For first question, it's possible, but I don't know how.

    For second question, use Classic Shell, google it for download.
