hello everyone, greetings! i need some help. a friend of mine is preparing for his ccna. so he asked me if i can install gns3 in his windows machine and also configure it to a full blown lab for CCNA. issues, i am not able to make gns3 run in windows 7, so thinking of upgrading the OS to windows server 2008 r2 or windows server 2012 r2. yes i did try the gns3 wiki, i tried everything, but nothing works. Anyone here tried this kind of things before? I know how to make this work in linux, but M$? i am not in the M$ league anymore. lost all the experience and magic touch. any help is appreciated. What problems are you having with GN3 in Windows 7? I had it in Win 7 and now Windows 8.1 update 1 with no issues. This is an .exe installer - should be straight forward.
