if i understand you correctly, your asking how to enable to named ADMINISTRATOR account. Simply run COMMAND PROMPT as admin (right click, run as admin) and type this command: Code: net user administrator /active:yes Log out and reboot. This info and more is available at windows7fixes *dot* info
theforumsonline is another hidden-spam user. I have already encountered one or two users with 1-5 posts that have asked such weird/easy/simple questions and have had exactly the same signature with the forum link.

every time when i do run some application in my windows .one error say to me run as a administrator u have no sufficent rights.i want that every time when i want to run those applications without run as a administrator
You don't want to enable the administrator account, when you want to run something in elevated privledges just right click and run as administrator. This will elevate the software you right click on. Regards to your sig, I think your just promoting your site?
Or if you want to run it each time with admin priviledges you can select such a checkbox in the shortcut's properties (or via right-clicking the exe and selecting properties - I cannot verify it now since I'm in work and on Xp lol ) andrew - yeah now it looks ok, but before the change it was like 5 times bigger lol
