Ok, The last win 10 home "update" crashed my system. So I went for clean install. My disk DSP OEI DVD is scrathed. So I downloaded the Iso with thair "Creator" and it kept wanting a driver during the install. Chated with Support about 4 Hours trying to get the problem fixed. They finaly told me to figure it out. I have a Ggigabyte Motherbord Disk and a AMD driver disk. Worked hours trying to find a driver. But nothing works. Hope maby someone here has any ideas???
If you are installing with USB drive, when prompted for driver, click Cancel. Once you are at the welcome screen again, insert the USB drive to a different USB port. Then click Install Now to install, otherwise burn the iso to dvd and install from it.
Are you trying this with your USB device plugged into a USB3 port, if so swap to a USB2 port and retry
Don't feel alone. We're all having to "figure it out." Also, it would help tremendously if you would give your system specs when you ask a question like this. What cpu do you have? What motherboard? USB 2 or 3? Your question, without such information, is like say you have a BMW car that doesn't run and asking what's wrong.
