Windows Thin Pc can not play file video format *.wmv

    Hi everybody!
    I have installed Windows Thin Pc in some PCs and Laptops, there is not any ploblem with driver compatible, I like it so much, but i have a trouble with Windows Media Player 12, it can not play any video file with extension *.wmv although i installed the newest K-lite codec pack V.8
    When i use it with Home Classic Cinema to play file video *.wmv , it's not able to show screen, there is audio.
    I feel down.
    Please help me!

    get vlc media player..it's free and will play almost anything
