Hi guys! This (REG ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate /v ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f) registry key allow to disable automatic drivers search and installation through Windows Update. I would like to know if do you know a key to enable drivers search and installation through Windows Update ONLY if a driver is missing, and to disable this feature if a driver is already installed. Thank you!!
Imagine if you could use device manager to set per device policy on driver updates through Windows updates? LOL, nahhhh, lets make the context menu suck instead.
Already done some of that @Dark Dinosaur And the services and scheduled tasks still up and running. Or maybe you have the new one to disable from GP?
does is matter it working or not ? WU not working, unless you press search updates button until than, nothing, nada, nada x2, nada x3
When the services and tasks scheduler still running, updates will still being pushed automatically within few days And eventually the shutdown button gone Theres only restart and update button on start menu
