windows update - installer

    following settings are a given: check for updates, download - but do not install (wait for user)

    i am not able to start update right now or every day on XY - i have to wait for random times. which is boring.
    i found a way to SCHEDULE it by planing a simple task, using a programm called WUINSTALL (google)
    this program is not freeware - and a bit too much features i dont need.

    what else can i do ? is there a way to initiate the windows update and install using some vbs command ?

    im not familiar what WHD is - hence my question - so - hard to figure out what WHD stands for

    ok, i see what WHD is .

    is there a simpler way - ie. some .VBS that will start pending updates
