The difference is simply that these images are in different versions of Windows. You have the current version, but this image has some historical version. Ancient. If You really want it, search what version it was and then You have to go back in history.

Have you tried Windows Update Manager or Windows Update MiniTool I just manually update. I download the updates from Microsoft Update Catalog Toggle Windows Update on and off when I install the updates This post by Enthousiast is a good reference for the latest updates.
