windows updates

    hi guys can anyone help me pls when i try and do windows 7 updates i get the following error

    Windows Update error 80072efd

    i have tried everything but cant seem to get it to update

    right guys i tried the fix but im getting this now its gone wrong

    #elementmoduleheadertext# (thats what windows update is saying i cant see anything else lol ?)

    if i try mr fixit i get this message service cryptographic services (CRYPTSVC)could not be stopped

    all i know is that i have windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

    You can stop services manually.

    1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator.

    2. If you receive a notification from User Account Control simply click Continue.

    3. At the command prompt, type the following, commands and then press ENTER after each command.

    net stop wuauserv
    net stop bits
    net stop cryptsvc

    Now try updating.
