Hello, Double check your install media USB and make sure your HDD and RAM are in good health. Check the BIOS settings to ensure that the USB drive is set as the first boot device. Try a different USB port or a different USB drive to rule out any issues with the current one. You may need USB3 drivers integrated on the Windows boot and install images. A way to check your hardware would be booting the PC with an Ubuntu live image. Windows 8.1 has USB3 drivers built-in and Windows 7 has tools to integrate: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/usb-3-xhci-driver-stack-for-windows-7.81934/ Maybe someone can tell you if there are any equivalents for Windows Vista. My two cents.
You appear to have an Acer Predator Helios 300 PH317-51-787B 17.3" laptop which appears to be a 7th generation Intel model. Is that correct?
I've never been able to install Windows Vista SP2 64-bit in a PC that's in BIOS legacy mode and newer than 3rd generation Intel. There are possibly others here who have, and because your PC is 7th generation Intel, I'll leave you with those members to try to help you. Good luck.
