I have been having issues with my desktop. I recently had a new WIFI adapter installed. The ASUS N600. Everything was working fine before then but when the wireless adapter was installed, it won't even boot into Windows and I even try to re-install Windows the BSOD appears and it goes into a continuous BSOD.

Is there any way I can fix this?

If you think the wifi adapter is the problem then uninstall it.

The WIFI adapter is brand new and I can't even get into Windows.

Brand new doesn't mean it is working correctly and has you mentionned the problem began just after you installed it.

PS: Perhaps u used the wrong driver, check and correct this
