    already checked all of the posts above, what 'bout the drivers needed for OS windows xp since i don't have any reference to it?
    please help

    I also have the same problem with my PresarioCQ42 can you share your "Wintoflash" software that you used co'z the one i dowloaded from its website is only a trial. thanx in advance!! I am new in this forum.

    As Stated by Sushil1576..............Integrate the latest MassStorage Drivers and any others you may want from "DriverPacks.net" into your CD/DVD using nLite.
    Then BSOD= Solved
