Are these the actual os's or just the service packs, also are they legal to download in the US? Thanks

They are 3 isos released from MS (if you notice the file names, they say "with" a service pack, indicating it is XP w/ SP). the first one is the original, second has sp2 integrated and third has sp3 integrated. I would suggest as would MS to use Sp3 if possible.

What do you mean by legal? If you own the key that is all the matters.

Windows XP Home with SP1 integrated doesn't exists, but I have one illegal disc with XP Home SP1.

People pay thousands for msdn access they are not going to hand out there account. You can see on the msdn site what's available for download as a guest.

NO. The direct download access links require a valid MSDN or Technet account. no account = no access
Btw, I have WXHCCP_EN disc, which is a Windows XP Home Edition RTM/SP0 upgrade.

The most rare is a few of XP Home Upgrade version.
