Hi guys, Is there any way to get XP to connect to the internet without having the Ethernet adapter drivers. I've gone to the manufacturers website (Packard Bell) they no longer support the PC and don't have drivers on the site. Also checked the motherbroard manufacturers site (it's a Gigabyte Ga-81945pm-rh) they don't support it because it it was built specifically for Packard-Bell. I can get a Linux OS to connect to the internet, maybe a silly question but is there an XP disc that works that way ? Thanks
Thanks for the reply Could l install it as the OS or would l have to run the live cd every time l wanted to run windows ?
@urie Thanks for that,I'm go to try it. @OZ Been on to pcidatabase could the find the driver id there.I may end up buying a USB WiFi stick. Thanks for the help guys
