Turns out my dad had a copy of office 2013 and norton antivirus also. In the process of installing them. Thanks again for prompt replies here!
NORTON AV ??? I would NEVER install that sh1t onto any machine I build.... Take it and bury it deep in the garden then spit on the ground and stamp on it it with big boots and scrape the floor like a dog would after it has, well you know. even all that is too good for Norton... Stop him before it's too late !!!!!!
Side problem to a side problem: when i go to click on minecraft it pops up for a second then disappears. Is it likely im missing some drivers? I have the latest Java EDIT: Ill use aida64 like you recommended to see drivers DM123
very true Maybe i should have installed XP instead. right now i just wanna play minecraft I do like the idea of having XP on here though. I just couldnt sort out why the ISO wouldnt work
Do you know it's a real shame the products still use the name Norton, considering the original developer (Peter Norton) was genius. Now his name will forever be associated with this piece (or rather two pieces) of poo.
I guess the product is poo because it is so bloated?.. Honestly it seemed to fend off hacking attacks (spyware) when i tried to infect a computer once. But i am pretty novice to hacking.
Ill give avast a shot anybody know a free version of microsoft excel. I cant get 2013 to work on this comp. I guess I am going to go the illegal route because microsoft office is expensive.
