That'd be nice to know, would be easier to create ISO's that way like urie said in the xp pro oem thread..
You need to have BOTH iso, then run xdelta on then & it produces you the difference (delta) file Xdelta version 3.0z, Copyright (C) 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, Joshua MacDonald Xdelta comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY. How can I convert a x64 SP2 VLK to OEM??? I think that I need OEM Files but cannot found these for x64 SP2.
oembios* files are completly INDEPENDENT from architecture (x84 or x64) They are only different between XP & Server 2003 Also SP level does not matter sebus
A Big Thankyou For a few days now I have been hunting around for OEM XP X64 files, and then I happened on My Digital Life. I really must thank you for this post and the patient explanations, and of course the downloads and links ! Tonight you made my day
But I cannot download the files. It says "The folder you are trying to access is currently set to private and cannot be viewed by anyone but the owner." If I had the files. Can I patch my existing win xp 64-bit untouched iso (that I already have) to win xp 64-bit dell oem?
NO! Not with this delta (of course it would be possible to create any other delta, but WHY? if you have trial available!) Read the first post again. The delta is made to convert X13-05825.img (M$ trial for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition x64 with SP2) to DELL_X64_X64_SP2 sebus
Okay I understand now how it works. But I don't have the trial, on the other hand I do have the Win XP x64 ISO. It's been some days without internet connection here, so you know why I can't download the trial
Hi, Does anyone know if you can use x86 OEM keys ? As I have a couple of coa keys and wanna use 64bit windows on my machines, is this possible ? Or do you need a special 64bit coa ?
Forget about those COA keys.... just use OEM:SLP method!!! Do u want to use x64 XP?? Remember, there will be many driver and software incompatibilities.... use x64 7 instead
