I already gave you link to original patcher it does not have a tools folder i would not trust the one you have downloaded.
I did upload tools only to mediafire and here is the link and virus total scan report mediafire.com/?8o2caacudqaziqy SHA256:6515d386409ac7f257b6d5579e98df9083a0115ffa1813d6969b1934e7f0ad84 Detection ratio:0 / 43 Analysis date:2012-01-15 14:13:17 UTC ( 1 minute ago ) 0 0 AntivirusResultVersionUpdate AhnLab-V3-2012.01.14.0020120114 AntiVir-7.11.21.2820120113 Antiy-AVL-2.0.3.720120115 Avast-6.0.1289.020120115 AVG-10.0.0.119020120115 BitDefender-7.220120115 ByteHero-1.0.0.120120111 CAT-QuickHeal-12.0020120114 ClamAV-0.97.3.020120114 Commtouch-5.3.2.620120114 Comodo-1127420120115 DrWeb-5.0.2.0330020120115 Emsisoft-5.1.0.1120120115 eSafe-7.0.17.020120111 eTrust-Vet-37.0.968020120113 F-Prot-4.6.5.14120120114 F-Secure-9.0.16440.020120115 Fortinet-4.3.388.020120115 GData-2220120115 Ikarus-T3.1.1.113.020120115 Jiangmin-13.0.90020120115 K7AntiVirus-9.126.593620120113 Kaspersky-9.0.0.83720120115 McAfee-5.400.0.115820120115 McAfee-GW-Edition-2010.1E20120115 Microsoft-1.790320120115 NOD32-679620120115 Norman-6.07.1320120115 nProtect-2012-01-15.0120120115 Panda-10.0.3.520120115 PCTools-8.0.0.520120115 Prevx-3.020120115 Rising-23.92.04.0220120113 Sophos-4.73.020120115 SUPERAntiSpyware-4.40.0.100620120114 Symantec-20111.2.0.8220120115 TheHacker-6.7.0.1.37920120115 TrendMicro-9.500.0.100820120115 TrendMicro-HouseCall-9.500.0.100820120115 VBA32-3.12.16.420120113 VIPRE-1140120120115 ViRobot-2012.1.13.487920120115 VirusBuster-14.1.167.020120114 •Comments •Additional information No comments
I don't understand what's your problem to download from the developer's site! Download it and see the readme file, it will explain how to use the tools.
You don't need the "tools" if your edition is on the list (only the appropriate *.bin-patch files and kliu's *.exe). They were written by me and are Perl scripts (you can open them with a text editor). They work on Linux/Unix and under Cygwin on Windows. The whole idea of the project was to have all the sources and to be as transparent as possible... See [POST]484921[/POST] for more details and downloads. It only contains files for SP0 English (i.e. no other language or N or SP1u editions)...
If I understand you correctly and you have modified a file inside the *.iso image, then it's probably easiest to use µTorrent, download an appropriate *.torrent file for your image, and then use Relocate... in the Files tab (right mouse button) and then Force Re-Check (right mouse button on the torrent).
is this way gonna give back that modified xml file its original md5 checksum without massing up with changes i have made i'll try it
