I was run Android 4.2.3 for some 2 month on my Acer Aspire 4572G, also with Dual GPU and that was working well on it's own HDD (booted directly to Android)! Very fast by the way! Everything was working very well include WiFi, Ethernet LAN, Camera. The only problem I had was with Play Store and SD Card.
I am testing it on 8.1 Preview. Remember that it should be considered as an alpha build which is extremely buggy atm.
Works good, I also have the VMware ICS version that "leaked from questionable sources" and this runs better.
Installed on my Laptop and have to tell: Not Good! Very slow, problem installing APK's, incl. Play Store, WiFi didn't work, Sound didn't work and, and, and! Will uninstall shortly. The Version I tested for 2 month, 4.2.3 was ages better and very snappy! And it isn't a Hardware problem!
Can't get this Android to work on my virtualbox runing on window 7, Getting all sort of errors. the last i tried worked but stopped during booting.. I just gave up. [h=1][/h]
