WinInet WebCache - disabling prevents Netflix working on Edge

    That didn't work, but I found out that the cache is somehow related to Resource Monitor and Performance Counters, both of which I disabled (as well as tracing) as much as the OS let me... I even disabled PCW - Performance Counters for Windows DRIVER...

    Apparently Netflix 1080p works in Chrome too by using IE Tab extension, didn't try myself.
