It appears that 22621 does have some built in in-efficiencies, but most of the numbers at the bottom in terms of throughput did improve. The total time took longer the second time, but this disk read performance is crazy. Whats did they alter or correct in 22621 that made that much a difference in disk read performance. Winsat and Samsung Magician show an increase in write performance with the new build. The read performance dropped a bit on both tools. Overall much better than the first test. which was 22621.1413 which seems to have an IO inefficiency or bug that should be reported.
