If this is not the right forum for this question please direct me to the proper forum I have a Arris IP815 Media Player that has the wrong file software on it. It has startup software of "Optic Hub", and I want to convert it to "Frontier". I have a working Arris IP815 with "Frontier" software on it. How can I connect the working Arris IP815 with a USB connection and copy the file information off of it, and then reload this information back onto the Arris IP815 that has the "Optic Hub" software on it. I appreciate your technical networking help.
