Wireless driver for Win 7

    Absolutely right, based on this information nothing can be suggest.
    The only thing I would add to the above question is whether on Device Manager is a device visible and only the correct driver is missing or Device also not visible, ie it is missing or disabled.

    have try going to HP and find the driver the vendor must have it. what model number of your computer.

    Strangely enough, a person asks for help, but does not give any information and does not answer any questions.
    However, I have not seen during my lifetime any computers where Microsoft generic driver not running. Although the company can provide better driver where is more settings available, the generic driver that is automatically installed will always work. At least I haven't seen any computer, where it woun't work at all.
    That's why I thought he had a device disabled or blocked and it isn't visible on device manager. But he doesn't answer how the situation really is and what he is actually looking for.
