wireless router for easy limiting the wireless speed also guest network

    Hello im looking for a router that can let me limit the wireless speed as im giving my wifi to one other person and he is downloading a lot , also guest wireless network
    Again,what i want are :
    1. Limit the wireless speed as easy as possible
    2. To support guest wireless network ( I mean to isolate the wireless just to only have access to internet and not to home lan devices
    I heard that with these two options it will be very complicated to adjust it but i have to ask here just for being sure

    My NETGEAR R6200 lets me setup a Guest Network and isolate it. It also allows for MAC-address specific QoS bandwidth rules too (between low, high, and 2 other options in-between).

    Probably the wrong area to post btw.

    Fritz!Boxes can do the same as of my knowledge

    Almost any router running dd-wrt. Buffalo wzr-600dhp around 75 dollars comes with simultaneous dual 2.4ghz and 5ghz along with guest network and installed with dd-wrt out of the box.
